Eat these foods before exercising to boost your energy and help you lose weight.

Eating before a workout can be important for some groups of people, such as athletes or those who train hard for a long time to build muscle and lose weight. However, whether to eat before or after a workout can be a matter of personal preference and also depends on the individual’s physical condition.

For some people, eating before a workout makes them feel full and nauseous, but others feel weak and tired if they haven’t eaten before. You should eat a few hours before you exercise so that the food you eat can be digested into energy and provide nutrients to your muscles and blood during and after your workout.

For pre-workout meals, eat these foods to increase energy and help you lose weight, such as drinking a glass of water, drinking coconut water, eating avocados, eating eggs, salad, watermelon, bananas, honey, milk, fish, sweet potatoes… You should eat all of these foods an hour or an hour and a half before your workout to help increase your energy so you can exercise longer and burn belly fat faster than usual. As for foods and drinks you should avoid, such as carbonated cans, orange juice, spicy and salty foods… these are foods you should not eat before exercising, making your workout shorter and affecting your health even more.
