The collaboration between Meta and Xbox has created the Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition, a limited edition offering new color options as well as additional items, priced at $100 more than the regular model.
The regular Meta Quest 3S (128GB) is priced at $299 (US), while the special Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition (128GB) is priced at $399 (US). The two models are completely identical, except for the black and green color option, which is the Xbox Edition model.
For buyers of the Xbox Edition option, you can save more than $200 compared to buying external accessories yourself. The extras included in the Xbox Edition option include a special black and green Xbox controller ($65), an additional Meta Elite Strap ($70), a 3-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership ($60), and a 3-month Meta Horizon+ membership (the Quest 3S also gets the same free first month).
This VR/AR device is powered by Snapdragon XR2 Gen2, comes with 8GB of RAM, two controllers on each side, a 1832×1920 resolution LCD panel on each side, 90–120Hz refresh rate, and a 96°×90° FOV viewing angle, weighs 514g, and has a battery life of about 2.5 hours.
Users can purchase VR games through the Meta Quest Store or stream them online through the Xbox Cloud Gaming app (not yet fully supported in Cambodia).
